Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange or store credit policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at bambiniworld.info@gmail.com. Please note that your return will need to be sent to the following address: 1589 Main St Warrington, PA 18976. Shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.
If your return is accepted for exchange or store credit, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or store credit will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged or given store credit, such as, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
